BrainSuite provides features for manually drawing voxel labels to define regions of interest within a brain volume. Masks and label files can be generated manually or using semi-automated tools. These tools are used frequently at UCLA, USC, and other sites, e.g., to label volumetric atlases manually (Shattuck et al., 2008b).
