bs_diffusion_file_string(measure = "FA", smooth = 0, eddy = TRUE)

Arguments

measure

string designating the type of diffusion measure used

smooth

numeric value designating the smoothing used (default is 0)

eddy

boolean for specifying if the diffusion images were eddy-current corrected or not.
