Returns a list of the diffusion files for all subjects

get_dba_file_list(bstr_data, measure, smooth = 0, eddy = TRUE)

Arguments

bstr_data

object of type BstrData

measure

numeric value denoting the measures used to create the output

smooth

numeric value designating the smoothing used (default is 0)

eddy

boolean for specifying if the diffusion images were eddy-current corrected or not.
