get_voxelcoord(bstr_out, bstr_data, bstr_model, outdir, nclusters)

Arguments

bstr_out: object of type BstrOut
bstr_data: object of type BstrData
bstr_model: object of type BstrModel
outdir: string specifying output directory to save the results in
nclusters: numeric value specifying number of clusters
