Extraction, Registration, and Labeling

BrainSuite’s core functionality is the extraction of cortical surface mesh models from MRI. The new version of BrainSuite also incorporates our latest surface/volume registration tools into the BrainSuite GUI and workflow. This video demonstrates the use of the new BrainSuite GUI to perform extraction, registration, and labeling.
