Our upcoming release of the BrainSuite software features several new capabilities. These include new tools for performing registration and labeling of brain surfaces and volumes, tools for visualizing tractography data, and tools for analyzing connections between brain regions. The diffusion and connectivity videos linked below demonstrate some of this new functionality. Additionally, we have migrated our user interface to Qt, which allows us to build the software natively on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux).
